Ingredients:

   1      liters        3-ounce package raspberry flavored
                        -- gelatin
                        l/4 cup sugar
   1      liters        l0-ounce package frozen red raspberries
   1      liters        Tablespoon lemon juice
   1      liters        3-ounce package ream cheese -- softened
                        l/3 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
   1      liters        teaspoon vanilla
   1      dashes        salt
   1      liters        cup heavy cream -- whipped
   1      liters        9-inch baked pastry shell -- cooled
 

Preparation:

Red layers: Dissolve gelatin and l/4 cup sugar in l l/4 c. boiling water . Add berries and lemon juice; stir till berries thaw. Chill till partially set. White layers: Blend cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold in a small amount of whipped cream, then fold in remainieer. Spread half the cheese mixture over bottom of pastry shell. Cover with half the red gelatin mixture. Repeat; chill till se
