Preparation:
Mix above stirring well. Two egg yolks beaten and added to 1/2 cup milk. Pour this over fruit mixture.. Place in 9 inch pastry lined pan and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool slightly-then top with meringue made from 2 egg whites and 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Return to 325 degree oven for 10 minutes or until light brown and ENJOY!!! |
