Recipe by: Sue Klapper For crusts, combine pretzel crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Press crumb mixture into bottom and up sides of 2 - 8 inch pie pans. Place in refrigerator to chill. In a microwave-safe measuring cup, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup margarita mixer. Let mixture stand 2 minutes. Microwave on high power 40 seconds; stir thoroughly. Allow to stand 2 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved. In a large bowl, combine gelatin mixture, remaining 3/4 cup margarita mxier, condensed milk, tequila, liqueur, and food coloring until well blended and smooth. Divide filling equally between crusts; chill until firm. Cover and refrigerate. |
