Ingredients:

1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
15 ounces pumpkin -- cnd (not pie fill)
12 ounces evaporated milk
3/4 cup pecans -- chopped
***SPICED TOPPING***
1 1/2 cups whipped topping -- thawed
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |

Preparation:
Heat oven to 350. Grease 10" pie plate. Stir all ingredients excepts pecans and Spiced topping until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie plate.
Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Mix topping ingredients until smooth and serve with the pie. Refrigerate any remaining pie. |
