Low Fat Ambrosia

Ingredients:

  20      ounces        pineapple chunks in juice -- 1 can
  11      ounces        mandarin oranges -- 1 can
   1                    banana -- peeled and sliced
   1 1/2  cups          seedless grapes
   1      cup           miniature marshmallows
     1/2  cup           coconut -- flaked
     1/4  cup           almonds -- chopped; optional
   8      ounces        nonfat vanilla yogurt -- 1 carton
 

Preparation:

1. Drain pineapple and oranges. Combine pineapple, oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and almonds.

2. Fold in yogurt. Chill.
