Whole Wheat Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  1                cup  oil
  2               cups  sugar
  1              pound  grated carrots
  2               cups  whole wheat flour
  1           teaspoon  baking powder
  1           teaspoon  baking soda
  1           teaspoon  cinnamon
 

Preparation:

Blend eggs, oil, sugar, carrots. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350*F for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
