Ingredients:

   1                    angel food cake
   3      packages      strawberry gelatin -- (3 oz pkg)
   3      cups          boiling water
   3      packages      frozen strawberries -- (10 oz pkgs)
   1      pint          whipping cream or 2 -- (9 oz) cartons cool
                        whip

Preparation:

Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until slightly thickened, then whip. Fold in strawberries and Cool Whip. Add angel food cake chunks. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate several hours or over night before serving.
