Raddish Cake

Ingredients:

   3                    Raddish ( grated )
   1                    raw rice ( soak
                        overnight in water then grind it finely )
     1/2                red onion bulb,
   1      slices        and saute in oil until crystalised
     1/2                braised pork
                        shoulder, shredded
   1      Cup           dry shrimps
     1/2  Cup           chinese mushroom ( soaked and slice thinly )
   2      Teaspoon      salt or more
   1      Teaspoon      pepper
                        Dipping Sauce:
     1/4  cup           white vinegar
   2      Tablespoon    dark soy sauce
                        crushed garlic
   1      head          red onion   chopped
   1      Tablespoon    sugar
                        salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl, mix by hand until well combined set aside then boil water in a steamer . Prepare 4pcs. 7" spring form pan wrapped with aluminum foil, without the bottom sheet or 7" baking rings with foil inside. get ready till the water boils. Divide and pour into the prepare foil and steam for an hour. When cooked, let it cool before slicing into 1/2 " thick then fry until golden and crispy. serve hot with dipping sauce.
