Coconut Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  2               cups  flour
  1 1/2           cups  sugar
  2          teaspoons  baking soda
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
  1                can  crushed pineapple -- undrained
                        ***FROSTING***
  1 1/2           cups  sugar
  1              stalk  margarine
  1        small   can  evaporated milk
  1                cup  chopped pecans
  1                cup  coconut
  1           teaspoon  vanilla
 

Preparation:

Sift dry ingredients together. Add pineapple and bake at 350 degrees until lightly golden in 2 round cake pans or 9X13 baking dish. FROSTING: Cook until thick sugar, margarine, and milk. Beat and add pecans, coconut, and vanilla. Spread on cake.
