  2               cups  finely chopped zucchini
     1/2           cup  spectrum spread [can use margarine]
     1/2           cup  vegetable oil
  1 3/4            cup  sugar
  2                     egg replacers [can use regular eggs]
  1                tsp  Vanilla
     1/2           Cup  Soy Milk [can use regular milk]
  1                tsp  Lemon Juice
  2 1/2           Cups  Flour
  6        Tablespoons  vegan cocoa [can use regular]
     1/2           tsp  baking powder
  1                tsp  cinnamon
  1                cup  dairy free chocolate chips [can use
                        regular]
                        brown sugar
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Cream margarine, oil and sugar together.Add egg replacers,vanilla,soy milk and lemon juice.Beat well.Add dry ingredients,mix well. Add zucchini,mix well,pour into pan.Sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips and brown sugar.Bake 40 to 45 minutes,til wooden toothpick comes out clean.No frosting is needed.
