Chocolate Butterscotch Peanut Butter Snackin' Cake

Ingredients:

  1            package  chipits semi-sweet chocolate chips -- divided
     1/4           cup  peanut butter
     2/3           cup  brown sugar -- lightly packed
  1                     egg
  1                cup  milk
  1 1/4           cups  flour
     1/2      teaspoon  baking soda
  1                cup  chipits butterscotch chips -- divided
 

Preparation:

1. Melt 1 cup semi-sweet chips with peanut butter over hot water. Stir in sugar and egg and mix well. Stir in all remaining ingredients except butterscotch chips. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2 mins. Stir in 1/2 cup butterscotch chips. 2. Pour into 9"x9" pan and sprinkle evenly with remaining chips (chocolate and butterscotch). Bake at 350F for 45-50 mins until tester comes clean.
