Blueberry Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  1            package  jiffy blueberry muffin mix
     1/4           cup  soft butter
  1            package  cream cheese -- 8oz, softened
     1/2           cup  blueberry preserves
  1                cup  powdered sugar
  2        tablespoons  lemon juice
  1           envelope  dream whip -- mixed as pkg directs
 

Preparation:

Mix together muffin mix and butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 tablespoon of crumbs. Press remaining crumbs in bottom and sides of greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Beat dream whip as package directs and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread blueberry preserves on top of cooled crust. Spread cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Chill.
