Preparation:

Bake Starlight Cupcakes as directed. Mix cocoa into half of the Vanillr Butter frosting. Frost half of the cupcakes with plain frosting and half with cocoa frosting. Place a hard candy on each cupcake, insert candle into each. Makes 3 dozen cupcakes.
