Oriental Ham Soup

Ingredients:

  4               cups  water
  2                     chicken bouillon cubes
  2               cups  bok choy sliced
     3/4           cup  carrot  cut in 1 inch strips
     3/4           cup  onion chopped
  2        tablespoons  soy sauce
  2         tablespoon  dry sherry
  1               dash  pepper
  8             ounces  ham cut in 1 inch strips
     1/2           cup  noodles (like fettuccine)       broken in
                        2 inch
                        lenghts
 

Preparation:

In a large saucepan or dutch oven combine water,bouillon,bok choy,carrot, onion,soy sauce,dry sherry,and pepper.Bring to boiling.Add ham and noodles. Simmer about 10 minutes or till noodles are tender and veget ables are crisp tender.
