1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 soup can milk
fresh ground pepper to taste
dill weed
1/4 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Whisk all ingredients together except sour cream. Heat 3 min. in microwave on high, or on medium to medium low on stove top. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.
