Cream Of Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients:

  2               cups  cubed cantaloupe
  1                cup  orange juice
                        juice and grated peel of 1 lemon
     1/2      teaspoon  cinnamon
     1/2           cup  heavy cream
  2        tablespoons  honey
  1               dash  cumin
  16            ounces  peach yogurt
     1/4           cup  chopped mint for garnish
 

Preparation:

Puree cantaloupe with orange and lemon juice, lemon peel and cinnamon. Add the cream, honey and cumin, and blend until smooth. Fold in yogurt. Refrigerate for several hours prior to serving.
