Ingredients:

  1                     prepared 9-inch -- (9 ounces) graham
                        -- cracker
                        crumb crust
     2/3           cup  nestlÉ® carnation® evaporated lowfat milk
  1                     egg
  1            package  neufchâtel cream cheese -- (8 ounces) softened
     1/2           cup  granulated sugar
  2        tablespoons  all-purpose flour
  1         tablespoon  lemon juice
  1           teaspoon  grated lemon peel
  2               cups  halved fresh strawberries -- (2 to 3)
     1/4           cup  red currant or strawberry jelly -- warmed
 

Preparation:

PLACE evaporated milk, egg, cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon juice and lemon peel in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust. BAKE in preheated 325ø F. oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly. Cool in pan on wire rack. Arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with jelly. Chill well before serving.
