Ingredients:

  12                    Vanilla Wafers
   2      8 Oz Pkgs     Cream Cheese
     1/2  C             Sugar
   1      Tsp           Vanilla
   2                    Eggs

Preparation:

Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour mixture over wafers-filling about 3/4 full. Bake 25min at 325. Top with fruit, preserves nuts or melted chocolate. (try melted chocolate with 1/2 of a strawberry in the center of each)
