Ingredients:

  1                cup  graham cracker crumbs
  3        tablespoons  sugar
  3        tablespoons  parkay margarine -- melted
  3           packages  philadelphia brand cream cheese -- (8oz) softened
     3/4           cup  sugar
  3                     eggs
  1           teaspoon  vanilla
  1                can  cherry pie filling -- (21oz)
 

Preparation:

Combine crumbs sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees, 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees, 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with pie filling before serving. 10 to 12 servings Preparation Time: 20 minutes Bake Time: 50 minutes Cool/Chill Time: several hours or overnight
