Asian Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  1                cup  hoisin sauce
     1/4           cup  rice vinegar
  2          teaspoons  black bean paste
     1/4           cup  garlic
  2          teaspoons  fresh ginger root
     1/2           cup  scallions
  1           teaspoon  soy sauce
  1           teaspoon  white wine
  1           teaspoon  dry mustard
  1           teaspoon  liquid hot pepper sauce
     1/4           cup  peanut oil
  6                     chicken breast half
 

Preparation:

combine all ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2-4 hours remove chicken from marinade, drain well grill for 15 minutes per side or, bake @ 375 for 30 minutes (until juices run clear when pierced with a fork) remove to a serving platter garnish as desired serve hot
