Aisan Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients:

  1         Tablespoon  vegetable oil
  1              Pound  skinless -- boneless chicken
                        breasts cut into strips
  1                     can103/4oz Campbells Condesed Golden
                        Mushroom Soup
  3        Tablespoons  soy sauce
  1           Teaspoon  garlic powder
  1                     bag16oz. any frozen vegetable combination -- thawed*
  4               Cups  hot cooked rice
 

Preparation:

In a skillet over mediumhigh heat, heat oil. Add chicken and stirfry until done and juices evaporate. Add soup, soy sauce and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add thawed vegetables and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tendercrisp, stirring often. Serve over hot cooked rice. * To thaw, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.
