Ingredients:

  2        28 oz. cans  tomatoes
  4               8 oz  tomato sauce
  2          teaspoons  salt
  3          teaspoons  oregano
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
  2          teaspoons  onion salt
  2               cups  onions -- minced
     1/3           cup  oil
  2          teaspoons  m.s.g.
  2             cloves  garlic -- minced
  3             pounds  ground meat
  2          teaspoons  salt
  1              pound  lasagna noodles
  1              pound  mozzarella cheese -- sliced thin
  1                cup  parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
  1 1/2         pounds  ricotta cheese
 

Preparation:

Combine and simmer first 6 items. Saute the second 6 items. Make into meatballs. Combine with tomato sauce, mashing meatballs into sauce. Simmer uncovered for 3 hours. Cook lasagna noodles. Layer sauce, lasagna, 1/2 ricotta, 1/3 mozzarella, 1/2 Parmesan. Repeat. Top with mozzarella. Bake in 350 oven for 50 minutes.
