Easy Does It Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  1              pound  ground beef
  2        tablespoons  dry minced onion
  1           teaspoon  salt
     1/2      teaspoon  garlic powder
  2               cans  tomato sauce -- (8 ounce)
  1           teaspoon  italian seasoning -- (1 to 1 1/2)
  1                can  sliced mushrooms -- (4 ounce) drained
  3               cups  tomato juice
  4             ounces  dry spaghetti -- (1 1/2 c.) broken in
                        -- 4" to
             5" pieces  
 

Preparation:

Brown ground beef in skillet and place in CROCK-POT. Add all remaining ingredients except dry spaghetti; stir well. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours. (High: 3 to 5 hours). Turn to High last hour and stir in dry spaghetti.
