Yogurt-Dill Topped Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

  4                     white fish fillets -- skinned and cut
                        -- 3/4-inch thick (5 to 6 ounces
                        -- each), such as  mahi mahi
                        --  halibut, red snapper or, grouper
     1/2                lemon
  1                cup  regular -- low or nonfat plain
                        yogurt
  4        tablespoons  plus 2 teaspoons dried bread crumbs -- divided
     3/4           cup  plus 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese -- divided
  1         tablespoon  fresh chopped dill or 2 teaspoons dried
                        dill
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Bake chilled fish for 12 to 16 minutes or until opaque when cut into. Turn on broiler and broil until tops are golden brown. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 12 to 16 minutes
