Steamed Fish

Ingredients:

  1 1/2         pounds  fresh or frozen fish fillet -- or steaks
  1 1/2           cups  water
  3        tablespoons  fresh ginger root -- chopped
     1/4           cup  green onion -- shredded
 

Preparation:

Rinse fish under cold water. Bring water, ginger and onions to a boil in a pan or wok. Reduce heat to a simmer. Place fish on rack. Cover pan. Steam fish 6 to 12 minutes until just opaque throughout. Serve with GARLIC-SOY SAUCE or SOY-MUSTARD SAUCE for dipping.
