Cheese Fudge

Ingredients:

  1                Cup  butter
  8             Ounces  pasterurized process cheese cubed
  1 1/2         Pounds  powdered sugar
     1/2           Cup  cocoa
     1/2           Cup  nonfat dry milk
  2          Teaspoons  vanilla
  2               Cups  coarsely chopped nuts
 

Preparation:

In a large saucepan over medium heat melt putter and cheese, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Sift together sugar and cocoa; add to cheese, mixing well. Stir in nonfat dry milk, vanilla and nuts. Turn into 9x9x2inch pan. Chill until firm. Makes 3 pounds.
