Grilled Swordfish In Lime-Cilantro Marinade

Ingredients:

     1/4  cup           dry vermouth
   2      tablespoons   fresh lime juice
   1      tablespoon    minced fresh cilantro
   1      tablespoon    extra virgin olive oil
   1      tablespoon    low sodium soy sauce
     1/8  teaspoon      mixed herb seasoned salt
   4                    swordfish steaks -- 5 oz. each.
 

Preparation:

Prepare grill for a medium fire. Combine vermouth, juice, cilantro, oil, soy sauce and herb seasoned salt; marinate swordfish in a sealable plastic bag 1 hour. Drain marinade into small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1minute stirring constantly, and remove from heat. Grill swordfish 8 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Place fish on serving plate; spoon marinade over fish and serve.
