Preparation:
Thaw scallops, if frozen. Half any large scallops.
In a small bowl stir together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and papriks, set aside. Spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray coating. Heat skillet over medium- high heat. Add scallops. Cook scallops for 5-6 minutes or till tender, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle scallops with crumb mixture. Serve immediately. |
