Preparation:
1. Cut fish into 1 inch cubes; secure with a toothpick if necessary.
2. Combine cracker crumbs and seasoned salt in a shallow bowl; roll fish in crumb mixture until coated.
3. In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375F. Fry nuggest a few at a time for 3 minutes or until browned. Drain and serve with tartar sauce. |
