2 bottles clam juice -- (8-ounces each)
12 large uncooked shrimp -- peeled, deveined
1 pound sea bass fillets -- cut into 1-inch
cubes

Preparation:
Heat oil in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic and fennel seeds. Cover pan and cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and clam juice. Boil until mixture is slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Add shrimp and fish and simmer until just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Ladle cioppino into bowls. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
