Preparation:
Whip cream to soft peaks, set aside sprinkle gelatin over water, let stand for 5 minutes to soften combine gelatin mixture and lemon juice in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir to dissolve gelatin, remove from heat stir in salt, paprika, and pepper-mix well chill for 10 minutes, stirring often stir in crabmeat fold in whipped cream pour into a 1 quart gelatin mold chill for 2-24 hours, until firm invert onto a serving platter or plate wrap mold with a heated towel if difficult to unmold serve slightly chilled |
