   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   2      tablespoons   water
   1      small   pack  unflavored gelatin
   6                    anchovy fillets
   1      teaspoon      worcestershire sauce
   1      cup           mayonnaise
   1      pinch         onion powder
                        pepper to taste
   3 1/2  ounces        caviar
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
