Yummy Pasta

Ingredients:

  1            package  frozen tortellini pasta -- or any other type
     1/4           cup  grated parmesan cheese -- the real stuff!
  2        tablespoons  dried parsley
  1         tablespoon  italian seasoning
     1/2      teaspoon  red pepper flakes -- or to taste
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
  1               head  broccoli -- cut in pieces
  1         tablespoon  butter
  1         tablespoon  olive oil -- green one
 

Preparation:

Cook pasta and broccoli until done to your liking. While pasta/broccoli is cooking mix cheese and seasonings in a bowl. Drain pasta, put back into pan and add butter and olive oil. Mix in cheese mixture and toss to coat. Serve with crusty bread and a salad. (Or if you are rushed and starved, eat as is.....)
