Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  nuts
     1/4           cup  parsley
  8             ounces  cream cheese
  1                cup  smoked cheddar cheese
     1/2           cup  swiss cheese
     1/4           cup  unsalted butter
  2          teaspoons  dry white wine
  1           teaspoon  prepared horseradish
 

Preparation:

combine nuts and parsley, set aside combine remaining ingredients in a food processor process until well blended cover and chill for 60-90 minutes shape into 6-inch logs roll in nut mixture to coat evenly pat to set coating wrap in plastic, chill for 2-96 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
