  2              small  onion -- minced
     1/2         pound  mozzarella -- shredded
  8               thin  boiled ham slices -- lean
 

Preparation:

1. COMBINE MEAT, EGGS, BREAD CRUMBS, TOMATO JUICE, SALT , PEPPER, GARLIC, OREGANO, AND BASIL 2.SAUTE ONIONS IN A LITTLE OIL AND ADD TO MEAT MIXTURE - MIX WELL 3.TURN OUT ON SHEET OF ALUMINUM FOIL; FLATTEN INTO OBLONG, ABOUT 1-INCH THICK 4.PLACE HAM SLICES ON OBLONG, KEEPING THEM ABOUT 1-INCH FROM EDGE. SPRINKLE SHREDDED CHEESE ON HAM 5.USE FOIL TO FOLD MEAT MIXTURE OVER HAM AND CHEESE. LIKE A JELLY ROLL. SEAL ALL EDGES 6.CAREFULLY TURN INTO PAN. EDGE DOWN 7.BAKE 325ΓΈ FOR 60-75 MINUTES
