Backyard Fondue

Ingredients:

  2               cups  shredded casino brand natural muenster -- (8oz)
                        -- cheese
  2        tablespoons  flour
  1                cup  beer
     1/2      teaspoon  kraft pure prepared mustard
                        french or vienna bread -- cut in chunks, or
                        frankfurters -- cut in 1-inch
                        -- pieces
 

Preparation:

Toss together cheese and flour. Heat beer in fondue pot until bubbles rise to surface (never let it boil). Add cheese mixture, 1/2 cup at a time. Stir constantly, letting each amont melt completely before adding more. Continue stirring until mixture bubbles lightly. Stir in mustard. Dip chunks of bread or frankfurters into fondue. 3 to 4 servings.
