Ingredients:

  3 1/2           cups  frozen ground beef mix
  1                can  red kidney beans -- (15 1/2 oz)
                        -- undrained
  1                can  tomatoes -- (14 1/2 oz)
                        -- undrained and
                        -- chopped
  2          teaspoons  chili powder
     1/2      teaspoon  dried oregano
     1/2      teaspoon  ground cumin
     1/2      teaspoon  ground coriander
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
 

Preparation:

Cook frozen ground beef mix in a 3-qt. saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Add beans and remaining ingredients; stir well. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
