Ingredients:

  2              tbls.  all purpose flour
     1/2          tsp.  garlic salt
     1/2           lb.  thinly sliced beef liver
  2              tbls.  vegetable oil
  1                can  tomato sauce -- (8 oz.)
  1             medium  green pepper -- cut into strips
  1              small  onion -- sliced and
                        separated into rings
  4                oz.  hot cooked spaghetti
  2              tbls.  grated Parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

Combine flour and garlic salt. Dredge liver in flour mixture, and brown in hot oil. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, and onion; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over spaghetti, and sprinkle with cheese.
