Ingredients:

  1 1/2           cups  cooked rice
  2                     eggs
     1/3           cup  chopped onion
  1         tablespoon  chopped parsley
  1 1/2      teaspoons  salt
     1/8      teaspoon  pepper
  1           teaspoon  curry powder
     1/2      teaspoon  dry mustard
     1/2           cup  chili sauce or ketchup
     1/2         pound  lean ground beef
     1/2         pound  ground veal
     1/2         pound  ground pork
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine rice with eggs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, curry powder, dry mustard, chili sauce or ketchup; mix well. Combine ground meats; toss lightly with rice mixture. Pack mixture into loaf tin then invert onto larger shallow pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot or tote to picnic chilled.
