Ingredients:

  1 1/2           cups  water
  5        tablespoons  flour
  2                     egg yolks
  2        tablespoons  sugar
  2        tablespoons  dry mustard
  1           teaspoon  salt
     3/4           cup  oil
     1/4           cup  vinegar
 

Preparation:

In blender or food processor, beat well the last six ingredients. Then mix the flour and water in a saucepan and cook until thick and almost translucent, stirring constantly. A whisk works well. Slowly pour hot flour-and-water sauce into egg mixture while beating on high speed. Makes 3 cups of silky smooth Mayo.
