Preparation:
rinse the rice until the water runs clear and drain well add water to cover by 1-inch cover and let stand for 30 minutes, drain well combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water-mix well combine with remaining ingredients, except rice-mix well form into 1-1/2" balls roll in rice and pat with your hands to coat evenly arrange onto a plate, allowing at least 1/2-inch space between balls place into a bamboo steamer for 30-45 minutes, until rice is translucent and pork is cooked remove from steamer arrange onto a serving platter serve hot |
