Preparation:
Combine orange juice and salt; bring to a boil. Slowly sprinkle in cream of rice and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 3 minutes. Add marshmallows; stir until melted. Spoon half of pudding into serving dish. Add a layer of bananas and top with remaining pudding. If desired, garnish with additional banana slices brushed with orange juice. Chill. Makes 4 to 5 servings. |
