Preparation:
1. From one end of melon, slice off piece to make 4- to 5-inch-round opening.
2. Remove seeds with spoon; scoop out melon meat in bite-size pieces with fruit-ball cutter or spoon.
3. Lightly toss melon pieces with fresh fruit, corn syrup and Kirsch in medium bowl.
4. Refill melon with fruit; replace top and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
5. Spoon fruit from melon to serve. |
