Preparation:
Combine the cranberry sauce and apples. Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, juice, honey, and cinnamon. In six wine, parfait, or champagne glasses, place a layer of the cranberry-apple mixture. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture. Keep layering, ending with the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle orange peel on top and serve.
