Ingredients:

  3               cups  cinnamon grahams cereal
  4 1/2           cups  bite-size pieces peeled apples -- (about 3large)
  3        tablespoons  margarine or butter -- melted (do not use
                        -- spread or tub products)
     1/2      teaspoon  ground cinnamon
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350ΓΈ. Crush cereal; set aside. Arrange apples in ungreased square pan, 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 inches. Stir together cereal, margarine and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Store covered in refrigerator. 9 servings.
