  1                     banana  peeled and sliced
  1                     red apple cored and diced
  1                 c.  canned unsweetened pineapple crushed
                        well drained
  1                 c.  greed seedless grapes   cut in half
  1                 c.  plain lowfat yogurt
 

Preparation:

Combine banana and apple in a bowl. Cut the orange over the bowl to save the juice it keeps the other fruit from browning. Stir in the pineapple, grapes, and yogurt. Chill 1 hour
