Apple Plum Crisp

Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  i can't believe it's not butter -- melted, divided
     1/2           cup  firmly packed brown sugar -- divided
  1         tablespoon  lemon juice
  1         tablespoon  flour
     3/4      teaspoon  ground cinnamon -- divided
  4               cups  pared -- cored,sliced tart
                        -- apples
  2               cups  sliced -- pitted plums
  1                cup  rolled oats
     1/4           cup  chopped walnuts
     1/4      teaspoon  ground ginger
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In larg bowl combine 1/4 cup i can't believe it's not butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, lemon juice, flour and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Add fruit; toss to coat well. Place in a 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. In small bowl combing oats and all remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake 30 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping crisp and brown. Serve w
