Ingredients:

  4               cups  slice pared or unpared all purpose apples -- about 4- medium
     1/2           cup  gold medal all purpose flour
     1/2           cup  packed brown sugar
     1/2      teaspoon  ground cinnamon
     1/3           cup  firm margarine or butter
  1                cup  fiber one cereal -- crushed
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange apple slices in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch or 9 x 9 x 2 inch square pan. In a small bowl mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in cereal. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
