1 1/3 cups California walnuts
1 cup raisins
3 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Makes 20 pieces
1. Grind 1 cup walnuts with raisins, or chop very finely; mix with wheat germ, honey and salt.
2. Shape into 1-inch balls; chop remaining walnuts finely and roll balls in them.
