1 cup Sugar -- white
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Pineapple -- pulp & juice
1 teaspoon Lemon extract
1 teaspoon Butter
12 each Marshmallows
1 cup Nut meats
Preparation:
Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
